1. Go to your Account > Tap ‘Start Identity Verification’ to begin the test > Accept the Terms and Conditions

2. Read the instructions and select the appropriate approach for you. *Highly recommend for Passport & ID card*

3. Follow the on-screen instructions  and complete your Liveness Check. 1) Should be taken with enough light. 2) Look straight. 3) No one else behind.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions and scan the front of your passport identity information page. (Beware of reflections)

5. Scan your passport (NFC). 1) Follow the instructions on screen. 2) Place your mobile device on top of your passport in the position displayed on the app. 3) The mobile device will automatically scan your passport

6. Follow the on-screen instructions and scan the front of your Thai National ID Card.

7. Follow the on-screen instructions and scan the back of your Thai National ID Card.

8. Enter your Personal details, and tap “Next”

9. Your Identity Verification is now complete
