If there are more subscriptions entered into the system than the amount offered for sale, subscribers will receive a number of new fraction units in proportion to the amount they have reserved and the total amount offered for sale in that project.

Fees and other expenses related to the transaction will be adjusted accordingly in proportion to the allocation of fractions to ensure that investors receive fractions equally.
