Account Cancellation
- Cancellation by you:
- You may cancel your account at any time for any reason by personal request to the company without any costs and expenses provided, however, that you will remain responsible for any liabilities or responsibilities in connection with the outstanding payments due and payable to Unison Ventures.
- In the event of cancellation while your order is being processed and before fractions are issued, it shall be deemed by Unison Ventures that your transactions are withdrawn.
- Cancellation by Unison Ventures:
Unison Ventures reserves the right to cancel any access to, or use of, the Platform and any other related services at any time and for any reason without prior notice and at its sole discretion. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that Unison Ventures shall not be liable to you for such cancellation.
- Data Loss due to Account Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, any content, data or correspondence may be deleted. Unison Ventures shall not be liable for such loss of the content, data or correspondence without regard to the cancellation of your account.
